Where were you born or from and how long have you been in the DFW area? Houston, in Dallas for 23 years.

What brought you to the DFW area? What part of town do you currently live in? A friend moved here; and I followed. I live in Frisco

When you are not cycling, how do you earn your living? Commercial real estate, shopping centers

What is the best thing about your job? Travel (most of the time!)

How long have you been a member of the PBA? 6 days (editor’s note: that was back on July 3rd…..42 days from today)

How did you get interested in cycling, group cycling, cycling with the PBA? One of the brokers I work with at my job (She lives in North Carolina) races every weekend. She bought me a women’s cycling book and helped me pick out my first road bike; a Specialized.

Are you a member of any other bike clubs? No

How many rides and how many miles per year do you cycle? Every weekend (just about) at White Rock lake

Tell us two or three interesting things most people don’t know about you. I’ve also taken up Golf and I love to read.

Describe your first bike Do you participate in any other sports Have you, or do you do any bicycle racing? My first bike was from Target! What a difference my new bike makes! I have not raced yet-no other sports except learning golf as mentioned above.

What is your favorite ride ever or best ever riding experience? The day I rode the lake twice for the first time!

What is your most embarrassing cycling moment? I tried a random u turn and I almost caused a head on collision trying to get away from marathon runners at the lake…. oops.

If you could go on one more bike ride, what ride would it be? Somewhere in Hawaii

What is your favorite book, movie, or play? The Lion’s Game by Nelson DeMille

If you have, or had, an iPod, what music would be in it? What is your favorite food or cuisine? The Eagles. I love all cuisines

What other hobbies or interests are you involved in when not riding your bike? Do you have any pets? If so, describe. No pets. Hobbies are reading, going to the gym, traveling

Do you have any kids? What are their ages and do they ride bikes? I have 2 boys 17 and 18, and they do not ride –yet.

What else would you like to tell us about yourself? I’m excited about taking the next step in cycling and being part of this group!!
